In theory, 50% of new Dunkin’ stores could fail and AOFF II would still provide enough jobs to meet the EB- 5 needs of all of our investors (note: the actual average Dunkin’ store closure rate is approximately 1.3%)
  • Four Season’s Surf Club (SCFS) has already created and documented 8,000 construction jobs. Upon hotel opening in March 2017, the new EB-5 job creation requirements (for as many as 800 EB-5 investors) will have been met.

In the event of default, the fund will seize control of the equity in the project (i.e. the fund will own the hotel, the unsold condominium inventory, as well as any receivables from pre-sold condo’s.)
